Ekaterina Maystrova

Certified Hatha Yoga teacher and active practitioner since 2013. I conduct group and individual classes in person and online. Group practices are held weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sunday mornings at the Limassol Zoo. Yoga is present in every moment of our life. Practicing on the mat can become a guide, an inner support. Through work with the body and breath, we are moving towards the knowledge of our true nature. Through the flexibility of the body, the flexibility and subtlety of the mind is manifested.
